Information Assurance Survey

Challenge:

The Customer wanted to expand their network survey capabilities and scope in order to create a more efficient and comprehensive data collection and reporting process.

Solution:

NACON developed a customized survey tool that allowed for organization-wide network data collection and report creation. This solution served as a baseline analysis of performance in ten categories of Information Assurance within the Customer's organization.

Benefits:

The Customer was able to compile reports based on information ranging from an individual tenant to their entire network through access to data at all levels.

A myriad of information could be assessed, including:

• Percentages of trained and untrained personnel
• Compliance of network components
• Reasons for non-compliance
