HELP DESK TECHNICIAN    (Position # HDT1-ANN-121611-1)

NACON has an immediate need for a cleared, full-time Help Desk Technician.  Position requires a Secret Clearance.

DESCRIPTION:

Will provide Help Desk customer support via phone calls, emails and chat interfaces.  In addition, will be responsible for completing topic research, reviewing product documentation, performing online queries and interacting with products; designing and preparing technical reports and related documentation and making charts and graphs to record results; and performing high-level systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation and implementation of complex applications.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

Secret Clearance

College degree (or equivalent experienc

3 to 5 years experience diagnosing and resolving computer hardware and software problems and supporting non-technical end-users

Ability to work under strict deadlines, managing customer expectations and prioritizing tasks

No travel required
